What type of prints are they and what paper do you print on?
Our designs are just over 8"x10" Giclee prints, on 100% Cotton Rag Textured A4 Art Paper.
How are our items packaged?
Each of our prints is individually wrapped in a clear protective re-seal sleeve. To prevent bending in transit, each print is also laid onto a heavy duty straw board backing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Paypal is our preferred method of payment online. However, on market day we accept cash only.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. If using paypal, please double check your address is current as it defaults to the address registered with paypal for you.
Do these prints fit in standard frames?
Yes! It's simple, easy and affordable to frame our prints - we've made them to fit in any frame that has an 8x10 matt - easily available from Target, Ikea, Spotlight, Country Road, Kmart - to name just a few retailers!
Can I request a custom colour or a different size?
Yes, just send us an email and we'll sort it out for you!
How long will it take to receive my order?
5-7 working days...but if you need it earlier just let us know. Allow 2 weeks for international deliveries.
Do you accept orders from overseas?
absolutely! We send our lovely prints all over the world.
Where else can I purchase Twine and Teacups prints?
Right here on our website!! Online in our Madeit Store, and in person at various Mathilda's Markets and Boutique Markets nationally.
Do you sell framed prints online?
Unfortunately no at this stage, just at any markets we trade at in Brisbane .
